Join us for Vacation Bible Camp 2011 at Lake Placid Baptist Church!

• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Daily
• Ages 4 – completed 6th grade
• Games
• Bible Stories
• Snacks
• Crafts
• Music
• Bounce House
• Lunch provided
• VBC t-shirt
• Afternoon activities including hiking, playground, carnival day, more
• Cost: FREE

2. Fill out the Form on your computer.
3. Save the Form to your computer.
4. Email the completed form as an attachment to lakeplacidchurch@gmail.com.

You may also register in one of these ways:

• You may register at the church office; or
• You may mail your completed form to: Lake Placid Baptist Church, VBC Registration, 2253 Saranac Ave. Lake Placid, NY 12946; or
• You may register on the first day of VBC (or the first day your child is able to attend)
